These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Surnevalithos financial planning services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Service Description: Surnevalithos provides subscription-based financial planning services for R750 per month. Services include financial advice, investment guidance, and retirement planning. Services are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute licensed financial advice under FAIS.
Subscription Terms: Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date.
User Responsibilities: You must provide accurate information and notify us of any changes. You are responsible for implementing any recommendations at your own discretion. You must not use our services for illegal purposes or share access credentials.
Limitation of Liability: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for investment losses or financial decisions made based on our guidance. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided are owned by Surnevalithos and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission.
Termination: We may terminate services for breach of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your access to services will cease, but these terms will continue to apply.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
